Participating businesses are offering special discounts for city stimulus shoppers. Plus, you’ll receive a stamp for every $10 you spend. Earn 10 stamps and gain admission to the closing night party on Saturday, July 18, at Capitol Hill’s Havana. —Aislyn Greene
